Opt-outs honored automatically
Replying STOP opts a number out across the Organization once the incoming message is processed, including announcements. START requests opt-in again, subject to carrier restrictions.
Photos, both directions
Families can text in pictures and your staff can send them back. Available photos appear in the conversation; saving incoming photos is best-effort.
Notifications on supported browsers
Staff can enable generic notifications on supported browsers. A tap opens the app’s inbox. Delivery is best-effort, so check the app for updates.
Conversation history and exports
JSON/CSV exports provide complete-or-fail live copies of business records, with proven available originals and a manifest listing unavailable originals. They are not snapshots or operational backups.
